Hello Scott, following the event on the 16th of this month I consider AVT to no longer be a place I like to work at, what you have told me in the office while Joel was in therewas not only heavily biased on Matt's favour and not only was I completely disregarded but also accused indirectly by you about the same exact subject I complained about, you were very authoritarian when you almost forced me do delete the pictures from the WhatsApp group which I could have used as evidence of being wrongly accused, you demanded that I leave that group and you threatened me to end my work contract which frankly is exactly what I want you to go ahead and do, as of today you won't see me coming to work no more.
All this is now living proof that I do not belong among fake kind characters who employ professionalism as a mean to disguise their true selfs. I hope this message is seen as an official communication between me the employee and AVT and I want to use this opportunity to say fuck you all in there who think the same as you do. Say hello to the Commercial boys and you may now have the Makita tools.
